As a key member of our leadership team, the Vice President of Operations will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliOversee the direction of all customer-facing and enabling branch employees, ensuring seamless delivery of care to our patients./liliConduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals./liliCoordinate and evaluate all departments, analyzing activities, costs, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making./liliCollaborate with the Executive VP of Market Outreach to review goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy./liliNegotiate with insurance payers and contract managers to ensure financial performance and maximize revenue./liliEstablish sales activities and plans in conjunction with the Chief Strategy Officer, driving business growth and expansion./liliDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our patients' needs, working closely with internal departments to address and resolve concerns and issues./li/ulpbSupervisory Responsibilities:/b/pulliInterview, hire, and train new employees to build a skilled and effective team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles./liliPlan, assign, and direct work to achieve operational goals, providing clear guidance and support to help employees succeed./liliEvaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help employees improve and grow./liliRecognize and reward outstanding contributions, while addressing performance issues in a fair and timely manner./liliHandle complaints and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive work environment./li/ulpbQualifications:/b/pulliBachelor's degree and Master's Degree in a health-affiliated or business-affiliated field, or Registered Nurse (R.N.) license / RT license with a Bachelor's Degree./lili10+ years of relevant professional experience, with a strong understanding of medical management clinical review criteria, processes, and techniques./lili7+ years of managerial experience, with a proven track record of leadership and success./liliStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents and present information effectively./liliExperience in the healthcare industry, particularly in home health care, is preferred./liliProven leadership skills, including staff development, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution./liliExperience in software systems, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in healthcare./li/ulpbAbout Pediatric Home Service:/b/ppPediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high-quality DME and nursing services to children with complex medical needs since 1990.
