We are in search of a dedicated IT Director who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our network infrastructure. This position entails overseeing essential IT initiatives related to cybersecurity and system integration, with a commitment to delivering exceptional support to our employees while safeguarding sensitive information for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  1. Formulate and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's goals, promoting innovation and development.
  2. Manage departmental budgets effectively, ensuring financial decisions support organizational needs.
  3. Oversee vendor relationships and ensure accountability in service delivery.
  4. Lead special IT projects and system integrations that enhance information accessibility and reduce operational costs.
  5. Maintain flexible working hours to address urgent IT requirements and minimize disruption to operations.
  6. Guide IT personnel to achieve desired outcomes through clear communication, monitoring, and mentorship.
  7. Demonstrate leadership through active involvement in daily operations.

Cybersecurity Oversight:

  1. Direct the implementation of the NIST Framework's 110 Controls, focusing on network and infrastructure security.
  2. Collaborate with leadership and staff to facilitate IT changes in accordance with NIST compliance.
  3. Regularly review and update cybersecurity policies to maintain robust security standards.
  4. Ensure compliance of third-party vendors with NIST requirements in partnership with procurement and security teams.
  5. Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.

Network and Infrastructure Management:

  1. Guarantee that our IT infrastructure is scalable and robust.
  2. Develop and maintain a business continuity plan to swiftly recover from IT disruptions.
  3. Oversee the performance of network and systems.
  4. Establish a routine for system maintenance and software updates.
  5. Manage recovery and restoration processes alongside backup and incident management.
  6. Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related IT field is required.
  2. 10-15 years of relevant technical experience is essential.
  3. Proficient knowledge in network administration and installation is necessary.
  4. Demonstrated experience in IT security and compliance, particularly with NIST standards.
  5. Self-driven with strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively within a diverse team.
  6. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. Candidates must be willing to obtain or currently possess a Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and general contract law principles.
  2. Ability to interpret and apply federal regulations and acquisition policies.
  3. Experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  4. Knowledge of DIBCAC Assessment processes.
  5. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $140,000-$200,000, with variations based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
