Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the administrative direction of the hospital, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and integration of services.
  • Act as CEO during times of absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role at the administrative level, with a focus on healthcare operations.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, budget management, and quality improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in hospital operations, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • P&L responsibilities over service lines and/or departments.
  • Significant experience with TJC, CMS, and state licensing requirements.
