Job Title: Auditor and Front Office Coordinator
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Auditor and Front Office Coordinator to join our team at The Inn at Hunters Run. As an Auditor and Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing financial audits and coordinating front office activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Audits: Perform financial audits, reviewing transactions and balances to ensure accuracy.
- Front Office Coordination: Coordinate front office activities, including guest check-in and check-out, and cashiering responsibilities.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Cashiering: Maintain cashiering responsibilities, following Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
- Computer System Operation: Ensure proper operation of the Front Office computer system, according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
- Skills: Knowledge of Accounting Principles, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.
