Job Description: Front Desk Operations Manager
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at The Inn at Hunters Run. As a Front Desk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operation during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless guest service and efficient front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, ensuring accurate and efficient guest service.
- Night Audit: Oversee the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Cashiering: Maintain cashiering responsibilities, following Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
- Computer System Operation: Ensure proper operation of the Front Office computer system, according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
Salary Estimate: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
- Skills: Knowledge of Accounting Principles, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.
