Position Overview

Ace Technologies, LLC is on the lookout for a proficient Senior Fire Alarm Technician to enhance our team. As a leading integrator in various fields such as Video Surveillance, Fire Alarm Systems, and Telecommunications, we are committed to expanding our operations and seek dedicated professionals to contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain Fire Alarm systems
  • Serve as the primary contact for system-related services
  • Oversee installation projects and manage budgets effectively
  • Lead teams for both service and installation tasks
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless system integration
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in electrical work with expertise in electronic equipment
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems and associated testing tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to interpret schematics and relay logic
  • Experience in reading technical blueprints and operational documents
Key Duties
  • Diagnose and rectify issues with physical security systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with contracts
  • Troubleshoot problems remotely as needed
  • Travel to various project sites as required
  • Investigate and resolve equipment-related challenges
  • Provide technical support when necessary
Requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Post-secondary certification is preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • NICET II certification or higher is preferred
Working Conditions
  • Work in diverse weather conditions
  • Utilize facilities on construction sites
  • Carry personal tools as needed
  • Perform tasks at various heights
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends if necessary
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Safely use required power tools
  • Adhere to safe work practices
  • Read and interpret manuals and instructions
  • Capability to lift and carry objects as needed
