Low Voltage Fire Safety Technician

We are currently looking for a Low Voltage Fire Safety Technician to join our team at Southeastern Business Machines. In this role, you will be dedicated to ensuring the installation and maintenance of safe electrical systems for a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install low voltage systems, which includes but is not limited to: mounting and wiring devices, and cable installation.
- Manage the loading and unloading of work vehicles, including carrying wire, equipment, and ladders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low voltage systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance on low voltage systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Comply with all quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the fire alarm sector is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals.
- Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Additionally, candidates must obtain NICET level I certification within one year of employment. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
