Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Access Control Systems Specialist to join our team at Jamtek Electrical, LLC. This role requires a high level of expertise in low voltage systems, particularly focusing on access control and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide a team of technicians, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and uphold quality standards.
  • Enforce workplace policies and operational standards.
  • Organize training programs and provide mentorship to technicians.
  • Maintain clear communication with senior management, clients, and team members.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and upkeep of access control and security systems, emphasizing Verkada products.
  • Analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to effectively plan and implement projects.
  • Perform on-site evaluations to determine project needs and necessary resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to access control and security systems.
  • Offer training and support to clients regarding system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant technician experience in the field.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • High school diploma or GED is required; preference for candidates with an associate's or bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Extensive knowledge of low voltage systems, particularly in access control and security.
  • Proficiency with Verkada products and familiarity with other brands in the industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $37,400 - $52,000 annually.
