Job Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain Fire Alarm systems
  • Serve as the primary contact for system-related services
  • Oversee installation projects and manage budgets effectively
  • Lead teams for both service and installation tasks
  • Engage with clients on system integration matters
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Electrical Engineering with expertise in Electronic Equipment
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems and testing apparatus
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in reading schematics and relay logic
  • Experience interpreting blueprints and operational documentation
Key Duties
  • Diagnose and rectify issues with physical security systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance as outlined in contracts
  • Troubleshoot problems remotely
  • Travel to various project sites as required
  • Investigate and resolve equipment-related issues
  • Provide technical support when necessary
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Post-Secondary Certificate is preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • NICET II certification or higher is preferred
Working Conditions

  • Utilize construction site facilities
  • Carry essential personal tools
  • Perform tasks at various heights
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Understand construction drawings and specifications

  • Ability to lift and carry objects as needed
