Job Title: Territory Business Leader

Sequel Medical Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative medical devices and services to healthcare providers in your assigned territory.

Job Summary:

The Territory Business Leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in their assigned territory. This will involve building strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices
  • Strong knowledge of diabetes therapeutics and treatment options
