Position Summary:

The Field Sales Representative will concentrate on expanding and nurturing their designated territory. This role involves conducting inspections, providing estimates, and driving sales to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our client base by converting inquiry leads and generating innovative leads.
  • Inquiry leads are sourced through marketing initiatives and consist of prospects who request inspections or quotes.
  • Innovative leads are those where we identify a need for our services, including but not limited to:
  • Leads from Service Technicians
  • Leads from Inside Sales and Customer Care Specialists
  • Engaging with neighbors of existing clients.
  • Conducting quick visits to local businesses.
  • Reaching out to current customers to offer complimentary inspections for additional services.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication.
  • Foster a positive work culture by embodying our core values.

Daily Expectations:

Conduct an average of seven inspections daily.

Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively engage with clients.

● Participate in Sales Team Activities:

○ Daily check-ins

○ Coaching sessions with peers and leaders.

○ Weekly team meetings

○ Daily performance updates via text

○ Call sessions

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Strong communication, sales, and customer service abilities.

● Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

● Ethical problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic.

● Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role, ideally in the home services sector.

● Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet for sales and lead management.

● Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.

● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
