Job Overview

A-Line Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Program Operations Coordinator. This position is full-time, requiring 40+ hours per week.

Program Operations Coordinator Schedule

· 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

· One day per month in-office attendance is required; otherwise, this role is remote.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The hourly wage for this role is $ per hour.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.
  • A 401(k) plan with company matching is available for full-time employees after one year of service on our eligibility dates.

Key Responsibilities

· Address inquiries from various departments, external organizations, and families/applicants, both verbally and in writing.

· Oversee the development and upkeep of information technology systems to support program functions and monitor tracking systems.

· Evaluate and suggest updates to program manuals and materials in line with policy changes.

· Create and revise forms and documentation.

· Coordinate data collection to generate reports.

· Participate in provider recruitment, enrollment, dis-enrollment, and outreach initiatives.

· Engage in incident reviews, closure of incidents, reporting, and investigations, and may assist in fair hearing preparations.

· Represent the Bureau in trainings, meetings, and conferences as assigned.

· Aid in tracking information, reviewing reports, and preparing necessary documentation for supervisors, CMS, and the Agency.

· Utilize HCSIS and CIS for screening, data entry, and information research as needed.

· May assist in monitoring services provided to participants in autism programs.

Qualifications

· A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related Education Field; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

· At least one (1) year of professional experience in developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, sociology, public health, healthcare services, or health insurance programs.
