Requirements:

  • Associate's degree with 4 years of experience in communications, event planning, or a related field
  • Confidentiality and self-motivation
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior database experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Valid Certification in CPR and First Aid within 90 days of employment
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain insurance clearances
  • Understanding and appreciation for The Salvation Army's Mission
