Job Summary

The Program Coordinator will oversee multiple Community Living Arrangements (CLAs) and supervise the work of Residential Specialists/DSPs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring staff administering medications have completed and are current in medication administration training.
  • Monitoring compliance lists and informing staff of upcoming training needs.
  • Conducting and observing medication practicums for employees.
  • Mentoring and providing ongoing feedback and indicating areas of improvement regarding job performance.
  • Completing accurate and timely employee performance evaluations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to pass a background check, physical, drug screening, and 2-step TB test.
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with mental health diagnoses.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills/detail-oriented.
  • Two years of experience in human services or a related field.
