1. Administrative Duties

  • Check-in and allocate accommodations for guests.
  • Provide room keys and escort instructions to Guest Service Agents or directly to guests.
  • Organize and monitor incoming correspondence and messages.
  • Send and receive communications through various channels.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding hotel amenities, guest registration, and local attractions.
  • Maintain records of room availability and pricing.
  • Calculate bills, process payments, and provide change to guests.
  • Handle reservations through multiple communication methods.
  • Record charges for room, dining, beverages, or phone services to guest accounts if the system is down.
  • Arrange transportation or entertainment bookings for guests.
  • Safeguard guest valuables in the hotel safe.
  • Proficiently utilize various office software.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all shifts, including night audit procedures.
