As a Customer Service Front End Leader, you will play a crucial role in the store leadership team, collaborating closely with Store Management in key areas such as Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all store operations and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
2. Enhance sales performance through the training, development, and coaching of team members.
3. Ensure safety for both customers and associates by following company protocols.
4. Foster a diverse culture rooted in teamwork and collaboration.
5. Address issues and concerns, making informed decisions while supervising front-end operations to guarantee exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service for all Burlington customers.
6. Uphold our company Asset Protection strategies to minimize loss.
7. Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
8. Participate in weekly workload planning sessions.
9. Promote Community Relations involvement through company initiatives and partnerships.
10. Coordinate meal and break schedules and monitor adherence to work schedules.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging demeanor.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Capability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Base Pay:
$14.55 per hour - $16.55 per hour
