Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medicare Sales Representative to join our team at Solis Health Plans. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising Medicare beneficiaries on our plan benefits and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliant sales presentations to enroll prospective members into our plan, adhering to marketing policies and procedures while complying with state and federal guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and complete enrollment paperwork, and coordinate new members' first visits with their primary care physicians.
  • Maintain a high enrollment rate and achieve corporate enrollment goals.
  • Communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on plan benefits, marketing materials, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to members.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Agent License 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) or 2-40 (Health), in good standing, required.
  • Certificate of completion for either Gorman or AHIP for corresponding year.
  • Copy of Continuing Education transcripts.
  • National Producer Number.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
