Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of system availability.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
  • Participate in training programs to learn and apply Integration Analyst skills (HL7, FHIR, Mirth Connect).
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues promptly.
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and changes.
  • Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
  • Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply Integration Analyst skills (training provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates must be willing to attend interviews in person at our office.
Training Provided:
  • Comprehensive training in Integration Analyst skills, including HL7, FHIR, and Mirth Connect.
