At Entertainment Technology Partners LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for developing innovative technical solutions and providing exceptional support to our business units.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and designing new systems and packaging to ensure we're providing cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation to educate and support our sales, operations, and technical teams.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to maintain show technical quality and reviewing confirmed show quotes for technical equipment specifications.
  • Acting as an internal technical consultant, relaying technical issues and trends to our leadership and show services staff to improve overall process.
  • Designing, evaluating, and innovating Quality Control processes with our operations team.
  • Ensuring the overall quality of product inventory to meet our company standards.
  • Advising on potential investments in new technology and product life cycles for our Audio Department.
  • Providing technical support to our show technicians to ensure the quality of our ETP brand.
  • Assisting technical leadership and operations leadership in training and development of show technicians, quality control technicians, and engineering staff.
  • Traveling to show sites to validate the success of system designs and deployment.
  • Participating in venue walk-throughs to determine technical requirements and limitations to ensure optimal show quality.
