Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive

Spectralink is a global leader in purpose-built wireless communications, deploying over 3 million devices to customers worldwide.
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business generation and prospect calling into our Healthcare and Enterprise verticals.
You will work from your home office and travel 50% of the time to effectively manage a large geographic territory, including acute-care hospitals, IDNs, Critical Access Hospitals, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
The ideal candidate is a sales hunter who can relentlessly pursue sales quota and is motivated by closing deals. They should have a strategic mindset, developing and executing plans to achieve goals, and excel at actively listening to understand customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business opportunities and prospecting into our Healthcare and Enterprise verticals
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue growth
- Actively listening to understand customer needs and crafting solutions to address them
- Traveling 50% of the time to effectively manage a large geographic territory

Requirements include:
- 10+ years of experience in a major account or account executive role selling complex IT solutions into the Healthcare vertical
- Thorough understanding of the MEDDIC (MEDDPICC) Enterprise sales methodology
- Existing contacts and experience with major healthcare networks and IT resellers
- Strong knowledge in wireless voice communications and associated application partners
- Proven ability to manage a large geographic territory and travel 50% overnight
