**ROLE OVERVIEW:**

The primary objective of the Retail Operations Leader is to oversee the store's operations, driving sales and profitability through effective leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Customer Experience:**

  • Ensure that every team member delivers exceptional service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Provide information on product selection, pricing, and care to encourage purchases and repeat visits.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and encourage team development in this area.

2. **Stock Management:**

  • Oversee stock control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Utilize security measures to protect stock and maintain store safety.

3. **Sales Growth:**

  • Drive sales performance by managing costs and understanding store budgets and KPIs.
  • Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative ideas for improving store performance.

4. **Team Leadership:**

  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication and team meetings to share important updates and initiatives.

5. **Compliance and Standards:**

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
  • Manage IT systems and ensure all operational standards are met.

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Communicate and uphold company policies and operational standards, ensuring they are understood and followed by all team members.
