Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and proactive Counter Sales Associate to enhance our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter, through electronic communication, and over the phone.
  • Handle pricing and order processing for small projects.
  • Accurately quote, place, and manage orders.
  • Monitor and track orders in our system to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Work towards expanding our customer base and increasing sales and profitability.
  • Perform general warehouse duties including receiving stock, organizing inventory, and preparing orders.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the electrical sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to reliability and punctuality.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
