We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate for our lighting showroom. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and aligned with our company standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting customers, and maintaining high service standards.
  • Organize merchandise displays in the showroom to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support retail operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the showroom.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Physical ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Demonstrated reliability and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to work at different showroom locations as needed.
  • Open to coaching and actively participating in the development process.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma is required. Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in lighting, is advantageous. A strong commitment to outstanding customer service is essential, along with a willingness to learn about lighting and home fashion trends to maximize sales potential.
