  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Report on store performance, challenges, and successes to management regularly.
  • Stay informed about various wireless products and pricing structures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
  • Build positive relationships with both store personnel and management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Prior experience in sales and customer service is essential.
  • Availability for a full-time training program.
  • Willingness to engage with the public and participate in continuous learning.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
