Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator is a key member of the Dynatect Manufacturing Inc team, responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information on new product status, repairs, quotes, and other related matters to customers and sales representatives.
  • Coordinate the quoting and order processes, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
  • Manage the repair process with production, prioritizing incoming repairs and communicating effectively.
  • Answer phone calls, maintain an organized filing system, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives in a professional manner via phone or email, regarding the status of quotes, new orders, repairs, current lead-time, and other necessary items.
  • Coordinate the quote process by managing the customer database, starting new quote files, following up internally with engineering and production on quote status, and sending out quotes to customers and sales representatives.
  • Coordinate the sales order process by managing the customer database, starting new order files, assigning a ship date based on quoted lead-time, and releasing the file to engineering.
  • Arrange shipping for customers requiring special conditions.
  • Update reports as required.
  • Manage all paperwork associated with quotes, orders, and repair requests.
  • Maintain office supplies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills combined with strong organization, time management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to proficiently use standard office equipment such as computers, email, Microsoft Office, internet search engines, copiers, telephone, and fax machines.
