Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the sales floor is free of clutter.
- Sales and Upselling: Meet or exceed sales goals by providing excellent customer service, making product recommendations, and upselling products to customers.
- Cash Handling and Operations: Accurately process customer transactions, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or older in certain states).
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, and be available to work a variety of shifts.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
- Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
- Competitive Pay: $15.00 per hour.
