Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on products, services, and company initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
