The Customer Service Team Leader will play a vital role in guiding and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives and/or Warehouse Associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and support.
Primary Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and guidance to Customer Service Representatives and/or Warehouse Associates, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Perform essential warehouse and customer service duties as needed, demonstrating a strong understanding of both operational areas.
- Oversee order management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety protocols.
- Serve as a valuable resource for other SSC associates, providing support and guidance on various tasks and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment by adhering to company policies and promoting best practices.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Forklift Operator certification
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations. Supervisory or lead-level experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, training, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven leadership qualities, teamwork orientation, and sound judgment.
