We seek a proactive analyst to elevate our support capabilities within the organization and spearhead various facets of our team analytics, insights, contract evaluations, and decision-making tools.
Join our Procurement Team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing growth.Key Responsibilities- Prepare operational budgets, capital expenditure plans, and monthly financial summaries in collaboration with management and business units.
- Generate forecasts, monthly evaluations, and projections regarding the company's financial performance against set objectives.
- Maintain a comprehensive historical database of all reports and analyses.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and assess financial implications on product or service quality.
- Develop innovative sourcing and analytical tools while enhancing existing reports to bolster our financial comprehension and drive exceptional decision-making by senior leadership.
- Assist in creating presentation materials for new product launches or enhancements to current offerings.
- Support the preparation of profit and loss statements for new initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to assist various departments, suppliers, and clients.
- Engage professionally with all departments, demonstrating a strong customer service orientation.
- Analyze operational results and monthly forecasts; pinpoint challenges and explore potential recommendations; provide management with a clear overview of the company's financial trajectory.
- Develop presentations for senior management and lead assigned projects.
- Effectively represent the department to senior executives.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA, or equivalent professional experience. Preference for candidates with Big 5 accounting experience and a minimum of three years in financial analysis or public accounting.
Skills and Abilities- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Analytical, creative, and independent thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results.
- Familiarity with SAP and Business Warehouse is advantageous.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
