Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the annual budgeting process as required.
- Create financial statement projections for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cashflows.
- Perform operational cost analysis and handle special projects assigned by Senior Management.
- Collaborate with different departments, prepare ad hoc reports, and interact with facility managers to address financial queries.
- Contribute to financial evaluations of potential acquisitions and oversee financial statement reviews for newly acquired facilities.
- Analyze various revenue and expense accounts, investigate discrepancies, and report findings accurately.
- Drive change and advocate for continuous process enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level), Word, and Outlook.
- Solid accounting background with expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Team player mentality.
- Excellent strategic analysis skills with keen attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance.
- Three to five years of experience in financial analysis.
- Preference for NetSuite and NSPB proficiency.
- Prior exposure to the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Experience in developing financial projection models, analyzing operational performance, and budgets.
