Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at ELWAY'S Private Dining. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our private dining services and events to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales-related documents, such as proposals and contracts, to support the sales process.
  • Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Assist the management team in developing and implementing revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service.
  • Develop and coordinate social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs to drive sales and engagement.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software related to the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest questions about property facilities and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and communicate with them via phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events for parties of six people or more in the restaurant.
  • Coordinate the sale of all food and beverage in hospitality suites through the Room Service Department.
  • Perform general office duties to support the sales team, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in software related to sales and marketing.
