Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide assistance with their needs.
  • Monitor and follow up on insurance binders for expired or canceled policies as mandated by lease or loan agreements.
  • Manage insurance claims effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Sales Support, to resolve customer inquiries and related issues.
  • Assist in preparing payoffs and addressing customer billing questions.
  • Generate invoices for asset transactions.
  • Notify clients of lease or loan expirations 90 days in advance.
  • Conduct scanning and document management tasks.
  • Support account verification for customer audits.
  • Prepare weekly reports as assigned.
  • Provide coverage for reception duties during breaks and absences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Work Environment:

This role requires frequent sitting, standing, and the ability to balance, bend, or stoop for extended periods. Proficiency in using office equipment such as keyboards, photocopiers, and telephones is essential.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong technological skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Basic math skills are necessary.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to clients and insurance representatives.
  • Positive demeanor and reliability are essential.
  • Prior experience in automotive, insurance, mortgage, or banking sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
