Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time technical Business Service Coordinator to assist our Project Managers and Technical Directors on all project-related duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience working in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
  • Assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports
  • Compose and/or draft correspondences and reports
  • Track projects, proposals, and any other related items
  • Create, distribute, and track client invoices
  • Track, process, and submit expense reports via ChromeRiver
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • 3+ years of relevant office or administrative experience
  • Experience working in an engineering, construction, or environmental field is a plus
Compensation

The salary range for this role is $21 to $26 per hour. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. The pay scale considers a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
