Job Summary

Din Tai Fung is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for managing the back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality meets our brand expectations, and controlling costs related to product and labor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Back-of-House Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of our culinary standards.
  • Food Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure our food meets our brand's high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Labor Cost Control: Manage labor costs to ensure they align with our budgetary requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve our business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Manager's Food Handler's Card: Possess a valid food handler's card.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week and 10 hours per day, with flexibility to adapt to business demands.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Culinary Skills: Possess basic cooking skills and the ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
