Position Summary:
The Orthopedic Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with the Spine Territory Manager, focusing on territory management, inventory oversight, and limited sales functions. This role is pivotal in representing the company in alignment with our quality standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enhance product knowledge through structured sales training, surgeon presentations, surgical observations, and industry research.
2. Achieve or surpass all assigned sales targets and objectives.
3. Conduct sales outreach to promote and service Globus Medical products to both existing and potential clients based on a strategic approach.
4. Assist the Spine Territory Manager with field engagements for the designated area and address any account-related issues.
5. Participate in field ride-alongs with the Area Director and Spine Territory Manager regularly.
6. Expand the customer base and continually enhance the market presence of Globus products within the assigned territory.
7. Provide ongoing feedback regarding product development opportunities, new account targets, sales performance, and market insights.
8. Maintain adherence to the company's quality policies and safeguard confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
9. Stay updated with all compliance training requirements.

Compliance and Ethics:
Uphold the principles of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other relevant policies. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations by completing necessary training and maintaining awareness of compliance as it pertains to your role.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of successful experience in spine sales is preferred; other healthcare-related sales or B2B sales experience may be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
- Exceptional listening, communication, and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
- Proven ability to deliver effective sales presentations.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include:
- Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
