We are seeking a Radiologic Imaging Specialist for a permanent position with a relocation bonus, working within the Healthcare Systems and Services sector.


Position Overview:
This role involves a commitment to flexibility as the Imaging Float Pool team member may be required to operate across various facilities.

The Radiologic Imaging Specialist is responsible for executing a range of procedures utilizing ionizing radiation under the supervision of the department manager and lead technologist.

This role emphasizes the importance of fostering positive interpersonal relationships in accordance with organizational policies.
Key responsibilities include conducting CT scans as instructed by the supervising Radiologist or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify patient identity using two identifiers.
2. Liaise with nursing staff or physicians regarding patient needs, including IV sedation or biopsies.
3. Complete CT and female questionnaires for all patients aged 11-50 years.
4. Accurately position patients for all CT examinations to ensure optimal visibility of anatomy.
5. Adhere to established protocols while performing procedures, ensuring timely completion and readiness for review.
6. Gather necessary supplies and prepare the examination room for patient intake.

Work Schedule:
Shifts may include Days, Mid, and Nights.
