Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Counter Sales team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their product needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and billing.
  • Handle customer warranty claims and credit returns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory levels.
  • Qualifications and Requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 75 pounds on a routine basis.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in parts management software.
