Job Overview:
This position is entirely remote, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, demonstrating strong communication skills in both languages. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EDT.

Role Summary:
The Outbound Sales Representative is a proactive and results-oriented professional tasked with engaging potential clients, assessing their requirements, and proposing solutions that align with the offerings of the company. This role is primarily commission-based, rewarding individuals for their sales achievements and effectiveness in converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Meet daily performance metrics related to call volume and lead interaction.
3. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and identifying future business opportunities.
4. Effectively present the company's products or services, addressing the unique needs and concerns of each prospect.
5. Participate in sales video calls as needed, showcasing product demonstrations and addressing client inquiries.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition of leads and share insights on market trends and customer feedback.
7. Maintain accurate records in CRM or relevant systems, documenting client interactions and sales progress.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a knack for influencing decision-makers.
- Excellent probing skills to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Proven success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in technology, enterprise-level sales, or B2B environments.
- Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales goals in a commission-driven setting.
- Ability to manage objections and deliver real-time solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
