Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Realtime Technologies. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned geographic territory, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit client locations regularly to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Proactively sell new products and services to authorized agents to increase revenues and expand our customer base.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales quotas and meet business objectives.
  • Travel to remote areas of the territory as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist the finance team with collection efforts and provide timely and accurate sales data.
  • Manage time effectively and adapt to market and schedule changes to meet business objectives.
  • Develop technical skills to troubleshoot issues for retail stores and provide excellent customer service.
  • Review monthly activities with authorized agents and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop relationships with owners, managers, and staff at client locations to build trust and credibility.
  • Document information in our Customer Relationship Management system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Assist the SSM division with Self-Service Machine issues and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of job-related experience in outside sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven territory management skills with a positive record of success and a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Experience with wireless carriers or monthly billed service providers is preferred.
  • Demonstrate success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Flexibility to learn new products and services and assist during product launches.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.
