Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $145,000 and $160,000 per year, plus a 25% target bonus paid out quarterly. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, 401k matching, flexible time off, and professional development opportunities.

Job Description
  • Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales goals and desired service margins.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new BDRs to ensure team success.
  • Manage key performance indicators and team performance using Salesforce CRM.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years leading sales teams and 10 years in business-to-business outside consultative sales.
  • Experience selling business-to-business services, preferably in the multifamily housing industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and proficiency in Salesforce CRM pipeline management.
