Sales Responsibilities

The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for overall responsibility of achieving sales move-in and occupancy budgeted plan for each community. They will maintain accurate competition reports for each community and have a complete knowledge of market conditions and competition, as to advise DSL leadership on changing conditions.

You will also demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of the CRM system and be able to train SLCs and marketing coordinators. Additionally, you will manage the mystery shopping and competitive shopping program and listen to recorded inbound sales calls to coach sales staff at each community.
