Job Overview

ZRG Corporate Headquarters seeks a seasoned Commercial Director to drive sales growth and gross margin realization for its Consulting Division globally. The ideal candidate will possess a commercially minded approach, with a track record of delivering above-target results in consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy, aligning product capabilities with customer needs.
  • Drive sales performance to meet annual objectives, leveraging a value proposition that resonates with customers.
  • Deploy a customer targeting strategy to pursue the right set of customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Actively participate in CRM system, ensuring value realization and driving sales discipline.
  • Create and implement a model for key account development, enhancing customer performance and moving away from relationship sales.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of sales experience in consulting and advisory services, with a focus on key issues like culture, strategic alignment, and sales optimization.
  • Proven background in sales and marketing, with a consistent track record of above-target results delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis, with solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset, excellent organizational and influencing skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • BS/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus.
