Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Conduct regular audits and surveys to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with the medical staff and other departments to identify and address quality concerns.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement and patient safety.
Requirements:
  • Valid professional RN clinical license required in the work State.
  • ADN/ASN associates in nursing required.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience, or equivalent, in an inpatient healthcare facility setting is required.
  • Requires experience in at least one of the core areas of responsibility: Quality, Survey Readiness, Risk Management, Infection Control, Employee Health and Education.
