As a Small Format Sales Representative with PBNA, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary salesperson and main contact for small format accounts such as convenience stores, gas stations, small grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants.
  • Driving sales by identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional service.
  • Rotating and stocking products on shelves, displays, coolers, vending machines, and in backrooms.
  • Prioritizing and executing daily tasks while servicing numerous accounts throughout the week.
  • Receiving regular feedback for improvement based on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Learning new technologies, products, and sales techniques to enhance account growth and efficiency.
  • Building displays, setting up promotional materials, and engaging in physical tasks involving lifting and moving products.
  • Supporting Pepsi's commitment to safety by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Working in various weather conditions.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Access to a vehicle for multi-store locations during your shift
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Preferred experience includes:

  • Merchandising
  • Sales of beverages or consumer products
  • Executing in-store marketing strategies
  • Route management
  • Working towards financial goals
  • Customer service experience
