About the Role

We are PepsiCo, a leading global food and beverage company. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Designate to join our team. As a Sales Designate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Kroger, to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, including pricing, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize sales budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the CPG industry, with a focus on direct store delivery.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
