Your Role:

As a Small Format Sales Consultant, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary salesperson for small format accounts such as convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and conducting business reviews.
  • Stocking and rotating products in various locations.
  • Managing up to 100 accounts weekly while prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • Learning about new products and technologies to enhance account management.
  • Building promotional displays and ensuring product visibility.
  • Adhering to safety standards and procedures.
  • Working in various weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Access to a personal vehicle for multi-store visits
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in merchandising and sales
  • Background in beverage or consumer product sales
  • Experience with in-store marketing
  • Route management experience
  • Customer service experience
