Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to work as scheduled, dressed in the appropriate uniform.

  • Clear and replace items as necessary to facilitate the dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas throughout the meal.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Communicate any guest concerns to the manager on duty.
  • Present guest checks and process payments accurately.
  • Complete closing duties as directed by management.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support other front-of-house roles as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
