Role Summary

The Group Ticket Sales Executive is tasked with driving revenue through group sales initiatives throughout the year. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, including outreach through phone calls and in-person meetings with various organizations such as local businesses, youth sports clubs, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed group ticket sales and revenue objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Employ diverse sales techniques including cold outreach, networking, and direct engagement to cultivate new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships, conduct in-person presentations, and offer group ticket solutions to both new and returning clients.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative group sales programs and events to enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering strong connections and surpassing client expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in ticket sales, ideally within the sports sector.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the youth sports and educational landscape in the New York/New Jersey area is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the sports industry and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and management levels.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
