El Especialista en Adquisiciones colabora estrechamente con el equipo de Ventas y nuestros diversos proveedores para garantizar una comunicación oportuna, centrándose en actividades y requisitos específicos de los proveedores, así como en actualizaciones de precios y productos dentro de la base de datos. Este rol forma parte del Departamento de Compras y colabora regularmente con miembros de los equipos de Compras, Inventario y Base de Datos.

Compensación

Salario: $40,000 - $48,000 anuales

Esta es una posición por horas que comienza en $20 - $23 por hora. Esta posición es elegible para horas extras.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Esenciales del Especialista en Adquisiciones

  • Actividades específicas de proveedores y plataformas de procesamiento de pedidos
  • Actualizaciones de precios y productos dentro del sistema
  • Responder y procesar Solicitudes de Cotización del equipo de Ventas
  • Comunicación con proveedores
  • Las Compras son el punto de contacto entre proveedores y Ventas en la mayoría de los casos
  • Comunicación por correo electrónico y teléfono con proveedores y el equipo de Automation-X
  • Trabajar en NetSuite para mantener Órdenes de Compra
  • Gestionar y abordar informes de Compras asignados
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen

Requisitos de Educación y Experiencia

  • Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente

Habilidades y Capacidades Preferidas del Especialista en Adquisiciones

  • Experiencia en NetSuite o en software similar
  • Experiencia gestionando y trabajando con bases de datos
  • Experiencia previa en un departamento de compras de alto volumen
  • Experiencia y comprensión de inventarios altamente preferida
  • Experiencia en la industria del petróleo y gas es un plus
  • Conocimiento en el uso de computadoras personales y software de PC (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, así como habilidades interpersonales
  • Actitud profesional y amigable
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas, de toma de decisiones y seguimiento
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con supervisión mínima mientras se construyen relaciones profesionales sólidas con el equipo
  • Pasión y energía alta que pueden ayudar a vender la visión futura a clientes y proveedores
  • Fuerte atención al detalle, con enfoque en la calidad

Condiciones de Trabajo y Demandas Físicas del Especialista en Adquisiciones

Esta posición se basa en un entorno de oficina profesional con algunos viajes ocasionales.
