Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and route incoming phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and calendars.
  • Draft and disseminate correspondence, memos, and documents.
  • Support the creation of regular reports.
  • Establish and uphold an organized filing system.
  • Procure office supplies and explore new vendor options.
  • Offer general assistance to visitors.
  • Serve as the liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant, or comparable role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional time management abilities and adeptness at prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
